Buse’s journey in sports began at the age of 10 as a licensed basketball player. Since then, movement, discipline, and body awareness have been integral parts of her life. Her growing curiosity about how muscles function and how the body works as a whole eventually led her to discover Pilates.
After learning that Pilates originated in Germany, Buse traveled there to train at its source and deepen her understanding of its fundamental principles. Upon returning to Türkiye, she obtained her instructor certifications through the Turkish Gymnastics Federation and began her professional career as a Pilates instructor.
With nearly nine years of experience, Buse has worked in five-star hotels and fully equipped fitness centers, holding both trainer and managerial roles. She continues her professional development as part of the Balanced Body family.
Buse views Pilates as a holistic practice in which the principles established by Joseph Pilates concentration, control, centering, breath, precision, and flow are harmonized to unite body and mind. In her sessions, her goal is to help clients build strength with awareness, safety, and sustainability.
