FLO Studio Terms and Conditions
1. Membership and Class Packages
- All class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Packages must be used within their validity period (typically 2–5 months depending on package type).
- Introductory offers are for new clients only and may only be purchased once. This includes the FLO Newbie Package as well as the Pilates Intro (Introduction to Reformer) program for beginners and first-time Reformer users.
2. Booking and Cancellations
- All classes must be booked in advance through our online system.
- Cancellations for group classes must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled class time to avoid forfeiting the session.
- Cancellations for private training sessions must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time.
- Late cancellations (less than the required notice period) will result in loss of the session.
- No-shows will be charged for the full session.
- Rescheduling must also follow the same notice periods stated above (12 hours for group classes and 24 hours for private sessions).
- Arriving more than 5 minutes late may result in denied entry for safety reasons.
3. Payments and Refunds
- Full payment is required at the time of booking or package purchase.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- All packages are strictly Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable.
4. Health and Safety
- Clients must complete a health questionnaire before their first class.
- Notify your instructor of any injuries, pregnancy, or health conditions before class.
- Proper athletic attire and grip socks are required for all classes.
- The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
5. General Policies
- Minimum age requirement is 16 years (14 with parent/guardian supervision).
- Class schedules and instructors are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
- Photography/videography may occur during classes for promotional purposes.
6. COVID-19 Specific Policies
- Stay home if you have any symptoms or have been exposed to COVID-19.
- Equipment will be sanitized between uses.
- Masks are optional but recommended in common areas.
By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all policies above.
