Amanda Finkl is a yoga, barre, and Pilates instructor with a diverse background in movement and wellness. She’s certified in Core Strength Vinyasa, Yin & Myofascial Release, Kids Yoga & Mindfulness, Yoga Trapeze, and is also an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Flexibility Coach, Breath Coach, and Functional Medicine Health Coach. Amanda is passionate about creating accessible classes for all bodies, offering thoughtful variations and props to support every student’s experience.
Her teaching blends intelligent movement with practical yoga philosophy, helping students connect what happens on the mat to real life. When she’s not teaching, she’s learning—currently diving into Yoga for Menopause and soon to start Reformer Pilates training. Outside the studio, you’ll often find her roller skating with friends and enjoying the beauty of the UAE.
